CCI Healthcare Vouchers
The City has signed an MOU with both CCI Health Services and Old Greenbelt Family Health to directly provide healthcare services to Greenbelt residents that are uninsured or underinsured. Staff has met with Luminis Health Prince George's County to identify partnership opportunities to expand health care services to their patients in Greenbelt.

Greenbelt First-Time Homebuyer Mortgage Assistance Program
The Greenbelt First-Time Homebuyer Advantage Program was launched in January 2023. Funding for this grant program is provided under the American Rescue Plan Act through the U.S. Department of Treasury. Under the U.S. Treasury guidelines, nonprofits eligible for assistance are those that experienced negative economic impacts or disproportionate impacts of the pandemic.

The Tree Grant applications due December 29, 2023, at 4 pm. Staff to start vetting the applicants to confirm required documents have been submitted with the grant applications. Next step will be to provide the ACT access to the grant applications to review.
